1. We won't make a big thing this year, I don't feel like going to a party... But there is a small Greek restaurant near us, where we have been a lot of times, and the owner family is great We will be there with another family for New Year's Dinner and stay there to celebrate at midnight, but we will come home short after it has turned new year to get the kids into their beds. So we will just be 7 persons

I don't know why you don't feel like going, but to be honest I never liked new years parties myself. For some reason, they always were a bit boring. Okay actually there were very boringzzzzzzzzzz. So I just celebrate the new year at my grandfather's home.
Sorry if i say something stupid, but can't you be with your family on new years eve?
