Oh no I hate this kind of math. Sorry I pass, but how important is it to solve? Hope Mystery got any success. Go Girl!

I like algebra and equations (is algebra and equations the same?)... But I can't really remember how this one...I had some problems with it when I was learning it... lol

@Lilli, good to see you too!

I learnt something like this, but I don't remember the rest!!! I learnt this when I was about (maybe a month before) to end my school year...

                          • It is not that easy on the forums, because it is hard to write algebra on it

But well, first you have to multiply by both denominators, so you get

                            (b-a) x (1+a/b) = (b+a) x (1-a/b)

                            then solve the equations:
                            b+ab/b-a-a^2/b = b-ab/b+a-a^2/b

next step is to reduce the fractions (e.g. ab/b=a)

                            So you get:
                            b+a-a-a^2/b = b-a+a-a^2/b

                            Or shorter:
                            b-a^2/b=b-a^2/b

Hope it's more or less clear (and I didn't make a typo), otherwise ask.
