Anybody know how expensive stamps are here in the states? It is insane! 39 cebtsd for ONE stamp! I am only 11 and I have 5 penpals and I cannot spend 2 dollars on stamps every wekk, seeing as I only have 64 dollars. AND on top of that, I send out a newsletter to about 20 girls.

well.. i know it's much more fun writing a letter, but you can always mail stuff.. especially the newsletter! but well, i know, stamps are expensive, in holland they're also 39 cents, but i never write a letter..
