            Yeah.. sometimes i think they don't even read the policy and procedures manual that they wrote.

                Lol! I know!! Worked for a home warranty company about 6 1/2 years ago and Corporate used to drive me bonkers. But, if you work there long enough, maybe you can get into corporate and change things!
