Just to let you know, you had the same problem as Sammy, your pic was in .BMP format which gives you a big file size, that is not accepted. If you save it as .jpg, you won't have problems with normal sized pictures. I coverted your pic to .jpg format and uploaded it Great pic aswell. I already see that I'll have difficulties when I have to choose one...
