I am not sure if I saw the movie, but what I found out of it on the internet, it doesn't is very likely that the scene, which is mentioned to be in Holland, really is in Holland.
So nevermind or do you really want to find it out?

@ Adventure...I think I'm just confused....I think because I see scenes in movies that are supposed to represent Holland area, that I ASSUME that they were filmed there, and they are the typical country fields with windmills and all....so....I'm just misled....

Well for some reason people always think that Holland is full with wind mills and tulip fields, but in fact I never have seen a tulip field in my life. And yes we have mills, but not that many if you might think.
