If a game contains shooting some a bad guy, with blood and so, must it then get a warn signal? I don't know the exact rules of when a game must be marked with a warn signal. Are there rules described for this somewhere?

It's the new game Pursuit, but it not that bad, It was only a little unexpected when some strange guy attacked my character and the caracter defended herself with shooting the guy dead. Nice game btw, only I am pretty stuck.
