Look at the previous page. There is an anouncement placed near the top by a Mod (idk which 1). Right above that is the make new thread button. Push it. The rest is on screen. I hope this helps I have done three threads here so if you need more help, ask

This is the time of day I am able to come On to visit. Most of the time people are asleep at this time. Especially those from Europe, or even Becky from Isreal (as another example). Only a smll number of my fellow Ameircans check in this time of the evening (like you sometimes).
