Here are the pics, one is the pad itself, the other is a detail of the heart (it's not like the one i posted earlier, we call that a 'shabrak' or 'dekje' but what i made we call 'pad' and that's totally hip lately, and it's easier to make cuz it doesn't have those round corners. yes, my friend is a girl and her horse is a mare, so i decided to sew on a cute heart

It is really cool. When I had positive thoughts (like making my games, or vacation at the sea) the butterfly flew high, and if the doc told sth about work or things that I should do, it crashed. Now I got the software to exercize with it. My body needs to learn a relaxed state with the correct breathing and heart-rate etc. This will help me to sleep and to have more energy when I'm awake. At least this is the goal of it.Comment
