So far I know yes. And I only was a little hydrated. I wasn't feeling sick or anything, so I didn't had a real hangover.

Once I had a cold and went to a party. Got drunk and then drank a bottle of Nightqul and got smashed. That was the worst thing ever. I woke up in the morning in my shower with the cold water running on me.
