Well, since we had a lot of big meals over the holidays, I decided to prepare a very simple meal which is rather often prepared in Switzerland in everyday life: cooked/steamed potatos as whole, different sort of cheese, and salad. Quickly done but still not bad

No, it's not baked potato, unless you have another definition of baked potato than me.
You just cook/steam potatoes (in water, not oven) as whole, but don't cook the cheese. You just put potatoes on your plate, cut off some cheese from which you like, and take some salad.
