Ah.... That's a bummer. Are you allowed to use Internet Explorer anymore? Or no? If you are allowed, does it help to just use that, and close firefox?

Can't you just close out all of your internet windows, and then click on the "E" for internet explorer, and use that browser only? Not the firefox?
