Da Mirror - no known cure
under a ladder - Just walk under it backwards. then all the way around it.
Black cat - It has to be 100% black. I've never seen one. ( I always find some brown or something on it.
Spilling Salt - Just throw a Pinch over your Right Shoulder (or is it the left?)

Then You'll be OK.
