This Laptop = Virus Magnet

I have the Vundo Virus which is causing me the WinAntiVirus popups (WinAntiVirus was what killed this laptop last time) I have 1000s upon 1000s of Tracking Cookies (Not that bad,but...meh.) Lots of Adware Malware and a bit of Spyware in there. A few Trojans,and this is about 1/3 of the scan. (I had to turn this laptop off manually because of lag) So...I'm screwed unless I can remove this. Which is why I have installed tons of AntiVirus Software.
