Da looney bin....that is what we like to call those of us who chat a lot here and say silly things that sometimes don't always makes sense. So, a looney bin, is a another term for a mental hospital. Since we don't make that much sense sometimes, we like to call this the looney bin, and those of us here who don't make sense, "loonies".
