No he couldn't. I live in the same time zone as you and thus also Germany and the UK are rendered out. Also Canada, Mexico, El Savador & Trinidad and Tobago doesn't sound possible (there are all in a PM time zone if I got it correct). But maybe his clock at his computer doesn't show his real time. That could be a possibility.
