I don't know when it will be out. I did a search for you, and this is all I could find. A post from the creator of the game (at another forum) Here it is, as it was posted March 6, 2007:

I think it will be this month. The situation is as follows. The game is 90% ready, however I dont have any ambients for it yet. Hope that thumpmonks will get back online and we'll manage to make them quiclky. Besides that there is always some time before publisher puts it on his page.
