We don't have that in Norway but we have free from school 1. may and 17.may (Its the national day)

Yeah it's the May day bank holiday and then on Wednesday it's Liberation day for Guernsey. Because Guernsey was occupied in the 2nd World War and then it was liberated on May 9th So we celebrate it every year
And we get Tuesday off because there's no point in going back to school for a day and then getting another day off.
