Jenni--I'd like both and they werent my cats, i found the kittens under my door step and they were abandoned by thier mother, so i couldnt take care of like 6 kittens lol, especially when I'm allergic.
And, I know what its like to not talk for a long time, because i just got over tonsilitis

The best I believe is to prepear the besamel last. I know it takes long time but it is better when it is hot. Just try to prepear it about the same time with the mince. Keep steering it until is very thick. The thickest the better taste (that is my opinion)
also preheat the oven 10 minutes at 200 C and reduce it, but the preperation time takes the longest (all that frying). If the oven is preheated put the temperature at 150 degrees C. After that u'll c if u need to increase the heat or not. at the oven will need about 30-45 minutes (until is brown on top)

@elni oooooo thanks for the tips its greatly appreciated...yea i know its best when its hot but its cos stephen comes home so late n if i make it all then when he comes home we will only have dinner at 11 heheheh so gotta compromise...maybe next time ill make it durin d weekend when i have d whole day to make it n thanks for the other tips ill defo take note of it..ur sooo kind ill let u know how it turns out
d last time i made it it was brilliant...d next day we had loads of left over ad we just put it in pitta and it was great
