were off on saturday-but i have a bit of work to complete before we go-so i have a busy week
great to hear that the wedding went well-how is it to catch up with old friends-is it long since you saw them?

@Vivi....Some of those friends I hadn't seen since High School Graduation. (10 years ago.) I also have a 10 year high school reunion coming up on August 4th. The other of my friends I hadn't seen in a quite awhile, but not 10 years long.

Ya, it's funny how when you take a vacation, it almost takes more preparations to go than it seems worth. LOL. How'd your redecorating turn out?

i am the proud owner of a new bedroom in a nice modern design but with enough rough touches to make it home-i now have to have a book sale- any takers for 2000 novels??

oh lots of crime novels-many biographies-quite a few classics- many recommended half read arty farty things-a few good modern regarded novelists-ishiguro-julian barnes-a bit of everything really- 15 years of hoarding
and at least 600 cook books that are going nowhere

lots of carrot recipes if youre interested!

@ Vivi....WOW! You do have all sorts. Fun! But you just don't see the sense in keeping them in a longer, I suppose, huh?

@ Jenni....Just autobiographies are what you mean, I think. They're not ALWAYS bad childhoods, but so many are. People seem to enjoy reading about things like that.
