You should be able to change your title by using the control panel. Have you tried that?

I understand what it is you mean and I am telling you that you can change the title yourself. Do you see the bar on the upper part of this site screen? The bar that says "User CP", "FAQ", "Members List" and so on?

Go to "User CP" then choose "Edit Profile" then go to "Custom User Title", save changes at the bottom of the page and you have a new title

I think once you have made 25-30 posts, the new will change into Junior user. Once you made 100 or 150 post your junior title will change into an advanced member. But since you have changed your user title, this feature is gone. But you can reset it.
- Go to user CP.
- Choose edit profile
- Mark reset in the custom user title box.
- Scroll down and click on Save Changes.
