I've been doing great other than work! missed gamershood though! Just descovered the submachine games - they're incredible!! How have you been? Ya, I'd miss Gamershood if I had been gone as long as you, too. 
I became a moderator when I received a PM from the admin. because the site was getting bigger, and our wonderful existing moderators have such busy lives. 
You'll see a few others have also become mods. And to become a member of the looney bin, all you have to do is chat with us loonies, and add it to your sig whenever you want to join. You can also read the looney bin stories. They're really funny, and that's how it began. You being an "advanced user" is just the title that is associated with how many posts you've made. *whew* I think I answered them all.
