Sauteed veal medallions with butter and sage. Yummmm. I've never really used sage to cook with before but it is really really good. I suppose you could use chicken as well

thats what i normally do..get lovely recipes and substitute it with chicken..normally turns out good
ive never used fresh sage but i have dried sage
i love thyme...esp wif salmon aand butter and lime its really nice
u only need those 3 ingredients and its lovely
do u just cook for yourself or for your flatmates as well?
