Well, if you give your account to a friend, and then you still want to come to GH, so you create a new account...you then have two accounts under your name. Even if you have given one to a friend. Therefore, you'd have multiple accounts under your name which isn't allowed. Just go ahead and tell your friend he/she can create a new one.

Otherwise, you'd be sharing an account.

Does that make more sense?
