It sounds like a joke if you ask me, Mistery. A level boss is usually the bad dude you are suppose to battle in some battle games. A way to say that a site is locked due to a... uhm... dispute maybe?

With the experience of my brothers games I'd say it has a funny twist in the way it is phrased. They are having problems with a game, I should think, possibly a multiplayer one
