My sisters Charmed1 family is locked just like mine is. We are not allowed to add more online family members according to the rules. I am sorry. There is no rule against creating new families though

I think Becky has a lot of real life thingies to attend to so she cannot respond at this time, but I am telling you that she does appreciate the gesture, ok
