And yes, we are going to have a baby girl. Names.. we have plenty: Julia, Iris, Ester, Minous, Jasmijn and Vera. But we still haven't decided what her first name is going to be. We won't be even surprised if we choose a whole differnt name once we got her in our arms. But at this moment I am going for Iris or Jasmijn. But my hubby prefers Iris or Julia.

Well eventually I really want a teaching post, I still haven't got one and I finished my degree over a year ago!!
but other than that, just to be happy, I don't have any dreams as such, just good health and for everyone around me to be happy and well

@Rannei, that's early to get up. But once our baby girl is born I have to get up early too all the time. And don't forget at night, for her feedings. So I am taking the advantage while I still can.

@Adventure....Hehe...I know about it being too fun to NOT shop. And about the names, I know you will find a name that will be almost as perfect as her. And since everyone is saying a favorite, I like Jasmijn, too.

My new place is good. Yeah, I still have to harass the boss about a few things, but I did get the new fridge and stove/oven. So at least that is outta the way. There are definitely a few other things that I need fixed, though. Oh, and I still need to unpack a lot.

@ Dazed...Like Adventure was wondering, what are you looking to teach? Or is it primary school education where they learn a bit of everything from ya?

Adventure, it was a degree in primary education - BA prim ed (hons)
I got a 2:1 which is good... but it doesn't seem to matter, but yes I'll just keep trying, hopefully one day I will be lucky

@ Escape - yeah it's primary... a bit of everything which is worrying at times, especially with my poor geographical knowledge

Yes, the Jasmijn is the Dutch version of Jamine. One of my best friends thought of this name.

Hehe, there is indeed a big chance we name her Iris. Also before Jasmijn was brought up, every time we mentioned the name we got the response; Ohh, Iris is a beautiful name. I swear everybody had the preference for Iris.

Btw Iris is also a flower in Dutch. Also known as Gele lis.
