Crimsooooooonnn!! How are ya? WEEKEND!!!!!

YEAH! Weekend! Butaaaa.... I have a stack of papers 8 inches tall to grade. (I mean that literally... I measured it. ) But at least I can do that from home.

Sorry, I got distracted by a huge mountain of school-related e-mails.

Can't help it... those papers won't grade themselves! But I got together with some other teachers tonight for a relaxing night of chatting+drinks. It was nice.

crimson - might i suggest something... *Ahem* sneaky.... *whispers* when teachers dont feel like grading lots of work ocassionally they will throw one of the bad ones away and just tell the kid that they never handed it in

I can't do that, Heart! None of my kids are "bad..." they're just behaviour-challenged.

Or did you mean throw away the papers with bad grades? Can't do that, either--I want their averages to be a clear reflection of their abilities.

But I wish it was that easy!

I'm doing pretty well. Although there isn't a very clear line between work/not work right now... seems like I'm always working. Even in my sleep, I dream of my students.

It just seems odd.... because I didn't get home till after 11. I'm used to being here much earlier, plus, I don't know the last time I was up this late. It's very unusual.
