Tib is fine, now. She gave us a big scare on Sunday night, though--her nose was swollen to 3 times its normal size. But she got some Benadryl hidden in peanut butter, and she's doing better.

edit: why not just do what other teachers do when they dont feel like grading just put a check and say its for the homework mark then next paper you grade

I do that for homework, or the rare assignments that aren't going in the gradebook, but not for every other grade! Dear-Heart, do you want me to expect my class to do their best and try hard if I can't give a little back in the grading?
