Now can you check the folder called "Projects" and then look into the folders of your game and see if the data (for example in the Frames folder and in the Areas folder) are there? You don't need to open the files, just look if there are data in the folders.
If they are, you can move the folder called "You_can_safely_delete_this_folder" to your Documents folder on your pc (so that you could move it back if necessary).
Then try to open Adventure Maker and compile the project. I hope it will work.
Well, before binning it, put it better somewhere where you can find it again, for example in your Own Documents folder, or a folder where you usually save files that you create. This way you could still move it back if something was wrong.
Then open Adventure Maker and try to compile your game. If it works, then you can bin that folder definitely.
