@ You mean that you are going to another state of America? And it snows there....that's good for you as you tired from the boring weather in California .

@Kzin....Oh, I LOVE driving. Keeps me from getting carsick, plus I just enjoy it. But I RARELY have driven in the snow/ice. Drove through the Sierra Nevada mountains as a blizzard was coming in once. That was scary. My car was sliding on the ice and snow and I was creeping along at very slow speeds. And the cliffs made it all the more menacing.
@Mistery...I KNOW!! Probably normal for people in your area to drive in snow, though, huh? Hehe. You can laugh at me as I grip the steering wheel tight with BatCat strength.
@Grigtho....Yup! I'm flying to Missouri. It's a midwestern state - but it's closer to the east coast than the west. And I'll be 2 hours closer to all of you! But it will be a break from my boring sunny weather. (We have been cold though. ) But the high temperatures are 34 and 29 degrees F over there. (about 1.1 to -1.7 degrees C) Lows are 10 - 20 degrees colder some nights.
@Escape
Well, in many cities, there is not much snow on the streets usually, as they get cleaned fast. But if it starts to snow heavily in the night, driving in the early morning might be a pain, yes.
But people who are living at higher regions, have of course much more snow.
Lol, just don't break the steering wheel with your BatCat strength
@Escape Girl We rarely have Blizzards in Berlin and one does not really need a car here. Public Transport is very good, if the're not on strike..lol (Sorry was editing my profile, that's my response was so slow)
A student who changes the course of history is probably taking an exam.
As long as the answer is right, who cares if the question is wrong?
@ Escape we have such cold in Greece today but it is sunny.(Sun with teeth as we say here)But we hope that it will snow at Christmas cause this is the ideal Christmas.

@Mistery....Oh! And here I thought most of your winter you had a heavy snow. There goes my Geography again. (sort of. ) Hehe.
LOL! I just had a mental image of a cat driving a car in the snow with two humans in the car, too, and the broken steering wheel in a wide-eyed cat's hands as the fly down the road with cat-like speed.
@Kzin....Public transit is okay in some areas. (But not good where I live, nor where she lives.) Plus there are no buses that travel that far outside the big city I'll be flying into.
@Cousin....Did you miss my post?
@Grigtho....I like that!! Sun with teeth! What a great description!!
Yes, a white Christmas would be lovely. I've never had one.
@Iva...Thank you for the advice. I'll be sure not to do those things.
