It's not easy to be a boss, or in management, in a potition to take orders, and give orders. (hard to "earn" respect sometimes) I think its all about personalities.
edit: I'm independent now, but in the same business. (much,much better)

@ Skell...Yeah, I can imagine it's difficult. I would have a really difficult time giving orders to people. I don't think I have the personality for it. But I bet you were a good one. No surprise you have to "earn" the respect at times, though.

Nah, I've been dealing with health stuff, so I have a feeling I'll be okay. Needed the sleep. Just sure is a good thing I called the school where I volunteer today and told them I wouldn't be in. I'd have slept right though it. Hehe.
