his mom knows a nd is trying to tell him thay also, his dad doesn't I don't think. I just don't want him to hang out with these bad people anymore! I just don't understand why someone would want to do drugs like this(sigh) thanks for the hug

I don't know. Peer pressure maybe? I mean, do all his friends do that? Or maybe he is going through an experimental phase? Is it really heavy drugs he got into?

I think right now, as long as the mom knows, I hope she does something about it. In the meantime, maybe you could sit down and talk to him about it. Share your concern. Maybe even you and a few other friends sit down and talk to him.

Well, if I were you, I'd sit down and talk to him about it. Tell him how concerned you are, and then I think you can only hope that he doesn't keep it up, and keep going back for more.

hi Shining finally I can see my chin and neck in the mirror, so I'm completely happy.... just waiting to hear the news on my truck, which will be Monday.... hopefully they can fix it.....

anything you need about your friend, I used to give classes on avoiding drug abuse and all... perhaps I could find some of my notes from the past... introduce him to GamersHood, and riddles and Escape games

@ Shining....My pleasure. And, yeah, Hunter added some GREAT advice! You're talking to someone who used to talk to people about avoiding drugs, and a psych student who will be graduating next year. (But I have a lot to learn. )

My neck feels just a bit sore.... but it'll get better... The truck, well, lets just say I hit another truck at about 50mph, so, my hopes aren't up at all...

about your friend... I do remember that giving a person a hobbie that keeps them entertained and all is very helpful.... specially if it's one outdoors, that makes him meet other type of people...

Escape: next year wow! congrats, what are you going to go into? I tried taking a psych class but it takes a lot of reading, patients and time, and for me they didn't want to work well together


Hunter: hmm I'll try to sugest it to him! sbout the truck uhhh 2 words new car but who knows maybe you will be lucky and it will get fixed! but I bet that will be costy!

And yeah, I remember reading that you hit another truck, and didn't even really have time to brake. Did you ever go and get your stereo out of it?

@ Shining....Well, I'm thinking of going into Grad School and studying something along the lines of child psychology. I think I want to work with kids.

And yeah, there's a lot to learn!! I feel like I haven't even hit the tip of the iceberg yet.
