I think both. On one hand my assistant manager keeps been a pain ( I won't swear) He make me mad for the whole weekennd (even though I haven't been at work), I talk to my manager about it and told him that I am thinking of leaving. On the other hand I see that most ppl like me in there and I feel sad that I change work. So I don't know what to do. But 70% I am going to somewhere else.
