Yeah, I drive by almost every day. The brick is so pretty... and my kitchen cabinets and interior doors should be going in any day now.

I'm very excited... but then that means MORTGAGE PAYMENTS... not looking forward to that part!

Well I do know King Arthur ofcourse, just not very well it seems

Oh, the Lady of the Lake is a part of the mystic land Avalon and the one recieving the sword when the king is about to die. King arthur commanded Sir Bedivere to return Excalibur to the lake by throwing it into the water. Bedivere is reluctant to throw away such a precious sword, so twice he only pretends to do so. Each time, Arthur asks him to describe what he saw. When Bedivere tells him the sword simply fell into the water, Arthur scolds him harshly. Finally, Bedivere throws Excalibur into the lake. Before the sword strikes the water's surface, a hand reaches up to grasp it and pulls it under.
Also, there are some versions that tells the story of Arthur getting the sword from the lake aswell... butaaa... that contradicts the Sword in the Stone story a bit
Anyway, the lady of the lake is a sad but beautiful poetic story, a priestess that gives her life to protect the maical sword Excalibur.
