If you quote this post you'll see A/A in the upper right of the tool bar in the edit box. You need to click it to be able to see the tags when you edit your sig. Have you done that? Can you see the tags?
EDIT: the tag should look like this --->[SIGPIC]the url of your pic[/SIGPIC]Comment
