The good thing, is that removing your appendix is a routine surgery, where the risks are very low. It's very rare for those very bad things to happen.

They just have to tell you about them all because law requires they do. I had surgery several years back and they freaked me out with all that stuff.

So, keep your chin up. The pain will get better, and you'll heal well.

And once you are on less pain meds, and able to eat a bit better, I think your dizziness, vomiting, etc. will get better.
