Actually I have. It just depends on who did it and the type of ink they used. The newer inks last longer. It hurts more to get it recolored though. When I finally finish my sleeves I am going to have him redo everything, so that they tie together.

I don't think so, but some guys don't like to go over other artists. He will probably want to add to it. The best thing to do is wear sun block on your tattoo, to keep it's color.
