Anna gave me a tip actually. She told me to take some salt with me and have a pinch of salt before I drink water. I forgot how it helps though *feels silly

That's such a long hike!! And well, I don't know how the pinch of salt helps, either. 
Maybe the salt helps you store it better or something? I have no idea. Do you "camel paks" over there? We have them here, and they are like backpacks that you wear that hold an awful lot of water. They vary on how much they can hold. 
You're getting glasses, too? I've been wearing glasses since I was about 7 years old. 
I want to get the surgery to fix my eyes. During the days I wear contacts, though.
oooo my mate got the surgery done but unfortunately her power increased so the surgery was pointless...so you gotta make sure your power is never ever goin to change...and my ex-bf he got it but unfortunately it ruined his tear ducts so he cannot cry anymore and his eyes get really dry and he has to constantly put eye drops in his eye....so after hearing all that is has kinda put me off gettin surgery...dont want to scare you tho...just thought u should know bout its side effects

Yeah, I have heard of cases where that can happen. They say if you decide to get the surgery, that you should wait until you're 30, because your eyes are still changing. My brother had it done and loves it. Both my bosses had it done and love it. I'm nervous, but I hate contacts and glasses. 
Poor thing...having to carry all that water!! You're gonna have buff arms, though. Hehe. I would love to go hiking in moutains during the rain!!! I love a good rain (as most everyone knows. ) And when I was a kid we'd go hiking in the rain through all sorts of hills and mountains. Never as long as your treks, though.

I'd have needed a cat nap a couple hours in. Escpecially since my internal clock causes me to HATE mornings. I am sure India gets a lot more rain, and heavier downpours than I get here in California.
