Oh it is a holiday, but we have something similar to Santa Claus, Sinterklaas. He's from Madrid and comes here every year with a boat, his birthday is december 6th, so the night of devember 5th it's celebrated with presents. The presents are put in a big bag and you have to crawl in to get them. Well, there's a lot more to tell, but I won't bore you
Anyways, x mas was more of a Easter-like day, some people would go to church and maybe eat something with their family. Now Sinterklaas is less popular and X mas more
