The lady helping me was very kind. She stayed 1.5 hours overtime - off the clock - trying to help me. (This has been an ongoing issues for 3 weeks now...and I'm stuck in a contact.

There is no place to "fix" it. You stay on hold for a really long time with someone from the technical support staff. I have tried 5 different phones (tested, actually) and I have the same problem. Got a new SIM card. Same problem. So, it must be something with my network connection. But, they don't know.
What a pain it will be to have me around.
