Okay, so one small story about the day at work.

One of the upper management came running to me to tell me that the front lobby doors looked like a mess & the president was about to leave. The President loves those doors & is proud of the design of them being HUGE glass doors. I "fixed" the issue really fast. Then the managers asked me to stay there until the president left, just incase even a tiny smudge appeared. Everything went fine.

After the president left, I was talking to some of the people standing there waiting for thier rides, from a day at our casino. Imagine there are a set of inside doors to go through, then a small foyer, then another set of doors to the outside. These people were standing with me in the foyer.

As we chatted I told them my boss was watching inside. One of them said they hoped I would not get in trouble. I told them there is no way because my boss is a friend. So I pointed, & showed the group who the boss was, then pointed to the guy next to him & said, there is my boss's boss... and the one next to him, is yet even the next level up in boss... major big-wig!

I told the group to gather around me & wave to the bosses. They did it. I thanked them & left the group to go back inside. The bosses curiously asked me what all that had been about, as they laughed at me. My response was: "What was, what about?" & gave them a look like I had no idea what they were saying. I'm not kidding when I say, just a second later one of the peolple I'd gotten to wave, opened the door & yelled to my bosses, that I'm too good to be washing windows, & should get a raise.

...that was only one odd moment in my day!

I took so long to write that I feel like a comercial in your conversations. pfftt LOL
