I wrote a specification for the IRS building in Sacramento, for paint and other coatings. There is a brand new technology of paint that actually reflects heat and can lower an electric bill in the sumer time almost 50%. Thats huge. This technology started in Austalia....... Dendritic creep is the term for the way this product cross-links to a substrate, through existing coatings.
