Aww...I'm so sorry Heart. I'd lend you my a/c if I could. I spent 10 years in an upstairs apartment with no a/c and no air circulation. It was horrible when the temps reached above 100 F. Man....I would use a water spray bottle and spray myself with water while lying on the floor in front of a fan. Miserable I tell you.

Escape - I hate when it gets hot because I do the same thing and then if you do it to much sometimes your face and arms get sticky because of the water and the fan Sometimes I go to the mall and sit down on the chairs just because of the Air conditioning

Funja - You know it's not cold in Canada for most of the year, it can get really hot... This year I was surprised we got snow because where I live we hadn't had snow for a while (Well not like this years, the last few years we got a light maybe 1/2 a centimeter of snow that turned to slush...)

@Heart...Aww...I know EXACTLY what you're talking about! I've also taken a spare sheet, ran it under the water, and layed it over me with the fan on high. Yes, I am aware I looked like an idiot. And yeah. I've spent my share of days, evenings, and nights until 10 pm in bookstores, libraries and malls. I feel for ya.

Escape - At least when it's hot I have an excuse to eat out rather then in because if I cook it will get even hotter in the house Speaking of food... I haven't eaten lunch yet
