@Suzy..He's an actor that people love to make fun of. In all his movies, he's super tough, and fights everything. He never messes up. And the Chuck Norris jokes are often about him and how "tough" he is. Hard to explain. But the general idea of Yorick's joke is that Chuck Norris is just a real hard, tough guy. (at least that's how I understood it. )
