I looked up some Psychedelic Music definitions and well:

"surreal and dreamy feeling" in a particular song, instead of a specific genre with rules to follow. In some cases this simply requires writing one coherent song, then to experiment recording that song in the studio while under "psychedelic influence", yielding very surreal musical results.

... Well nameley one would be Pink Floyd, the Beatles had some Psychedelic-type songs too. Also Wikipedia mentions bands like : Cream, Grateful Dead, and Jefferson Airplane.

Pink Floyd would be your best bet. (Methinks)

I know I like many Beatles songs, and also a few Pink Floyd songs. Don't know about the other ones. I think I've heard a few songs by Jefferson Airplane.

I'll have to look them up on youtube.
