@Nef...Well, it depends on how outgoing you are. *goes to check your age* Well....hmm...you could just hang out with him like you always do, and then just sorta blurt it out. Or, you could write him a note. OR, you could just ask to talk to him alone (so you two aren't with your other friends) and tell him you have a little crush on him, but you don't want to ruin your friendship. And ask him his thoughts on that. (He may need some time. ) Just a couple options.
