LOL so true. I just did my will at a lawyer's & I wanted to die by the end of it. he was so impatient, annoying, & refused to listen. They can be so piggheaded. I dunno how you can stand it.

You just described my monkey boss! Seriously! I don't get how they can keep clients. I know we have a couple clients who REFUSE to talk to my monkey boss now. They'll only talk to my non monkey boss (the cool attorney) or me. They got fed up with my other boss's attitude.

@Crimson.....OMB!! That's beautiful!! And i love the color of the wood!! (Thank goodness for your minor fender bender, huh? ) It's absolutely lovely!! And you have a good sized t.v.! I will likely buy a cheap one from Walmart. Hehe. It will be great for now. I got my sofa at Ashley furniture. Total: $479. But I really like it. It's comfy!

@ Escape ~ My husband tried to do the talking to them, but it frustrated him so much I had to make a second call in to have things fixed. I don't get it either. I guess that is why there are so many "only good lawyer is a dead lawyer" jokes out there.

That is a nice center Crimson. It looks about the same size as my whole livingroom. I love the wood.

@Escape... That sounds wonderful! Ashley seems like a nice place to buy furniture, but I've never purchased anything from there. Great price!

Mine cost me around $900 after taxes (I'm a bargain hunter, that's the best price I could find around here that would fit an older TV)... but the TV was free! My parents gave it to me when they got a flat-screen.

Question: Is there anything wrong with having cherry wood throughout your home? Kitchen cabinets/living room furniture/bedroom suite? I just love it so much, it's the only color I want in my house.

@OneBun...So true!! The nice boss hates attorney jokes, and won't listen to them cuz he says they give lawyers a bad name. I just look at him, and motion to the other boss. I say, "but they make sense!" (still motioning to the other boss. ) He knows it's true.

@Crimson..... They have some nice stuff there. I had never been in there. Funny thing is...they gave me the deal of $349 for the sofa. Well, there was another couple there buying the same sofa through a different salesman, and he gave them full price. When I was talking to MY salesman about the sale price, the other salesman *hopes this isn't getting too confusing* told me to keep it down cuz he wasn't offering that price! (They work on commission. That's the downside to that store. ) And that's a great price for such a lovely entertainment center!! I thought it would have been around $1300. It's so beautiful! And lucky you about the t.v.

I think cherry is a beautiful color for a home. I don't see why not.

I'm a "walnut" fan. It is a difficult color to match. My house looks country style, which is kinda funny cuz I live in the city.

@Crimson....I see NOTHING wrong with it. I think cherry looks great, and I'm personally a huge fan of it. I like the darker wood color like that. It's very rich looking, and nice.
