Oh, your comment reminded me of the fact that hurricane season is coming up. Living without power is very annoying, especially for 17 days! That happened when Hurricane Wilma decided to come here.

Ugh! I am afraid of that kind of weather.
I just called my mom in Missouri tonight because she was under a tornado watch and didn't know it.
@New....Yeah, when you have lightning like that, you gotta unplug the electronics/appliances if possible. Safer that way. And don't use the sink much (It can travel pipes) or telephone. (Got that stuff from weather.com)
@All...It's been great playing and chatting. I have to go get ready for bed. Casting call tomorrow for a movie, and I want to attend.

And I'm still awake.
Glad to know the lightning is gone. When I went to visit my mom one summer I had to drive through a lightning storm. I actually saw two bolts actually hit stuff less than a mile away!! I was so scared.
