Funja - I think what you are talking about is the idea that one could terraform a planet that is not suitable to live in for humans, (Ex. Mars) into something habitable (Ex. Earth)

Lol, good source heart, that is, technically, "terraforming", but one terraformer, even the most powerful, cannot do something like that, lol

But, yeah, that is the basic concept of terraformer powers, but specifics, not everything as a whole for one terraformer.
